In high school, I was:
2x All-American in Indoor Track
New England Record Holder (Indoor 200m)
Boston Globe All-Scholastic
That was all after I got recruited!
I was recruited during the peak of the covid-19 pandemic with only sophomore year times. As a result, I had to learn how to advocate for myself without my strongest times.
I was recruited by over 20 schools, and eventually chose Yale University where I was named Captain my senior year.
