Who Am I?
At Yale
At Yale, I studied Philosophy, was Captain of the Track & Field Team, provided organization consulting as a Student Organization Consultant, mentored students 1 on 1 as a Student Athlete Mentor, and was on the Board of a group called Asian-Ish.
I graduated Cum Laude with Distinction in the Philosophy major, worked as an AI Intern for a New Haven Non-Profit, and conducted Independent Research as a Richter Fellow.
“Philosophy majors deal in arguments, and a good argument is really just a compelling story”
Before Yale
Before Yale, I attended Acton Boxborough Regional Highschool. Here, I excelled in the sport of Track & Field, but that’s by no means all that I did. I was elected Class Leader 10th, 11th, and 12th grade; I was a Mentor for Transition World History; I took 8 AP Classes, maintained a 4.55 weighted GPA, and took a special interest in English and American History.
Notable Achievements:
2x All-American, State Champion, New England Record-Holder
Boston Globe All-Scholastic
National Honor’s Society
Spanish Honor’s Society
President’s Award Recipient
8 AP Classes, 35 on the ACT
What do I bring to the table?
As a Philosophy major, I have a mind for writing, clarity, and concision. As a Tour Guide, and as a Yale Student, I have a strong understanding of the admissions process, and the kinds of stories that schools find compelling. As a mentor and peer-tutor, I understand the best way to revise, polish, and explain feedback. I can help you get on track and write something that you’re proud of.
