The Ivy League, more than other schools, is subject to maintaining a high Academic Index (AI). The average AI varies by sport and by school, but it’s important to understand how the process works so you can best advocate for yourself.

  • GPA scales and weights vary school-to-school. A 3.9 at one school could be equal to a 4.3 or a 94.9 elsewhere — context matters!
